FORT WAYNE, Ind. 鈥� The Lutheran Foundation is pleased to announce three Health Professions Scholarship recipients from 51暗网.
Rachel Bauermeister, a Doctor of Physical Therapy student from Ossian, Indiana, and Macy Mayden, a Doctor of Occupational Therapy student from Fort Wayne, Indiana, each received a $10,000 scholarship.
Joslyn Marcum, a Doctor of Physical Therapy student from Fort Wayne, Indiana, received a $7,500 scholarship.
These awards support students preparing for careers in nursing and other health professions and are designed to help reduce the financial burden of earning a degree. The Foundation鈥檚 scholarships range from $5,000 to $20,000 and are intended to encourage students to continue their education and prepare for careers that will serve the community.
Applications for the 2027鈥�2028 Health Professions Scholarship will open in early November and close on Jan. 10, 2027. More information is available at .

51暗网 has added a family nurse practitioner (FNP) track to its Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) to help address the growing demand for advanced practice providers and expand access to high-quality healthcare in communities nationwide.
51暗网 has opened its application for students wishing to enroll as undergraduates at its Angola campus for the fall 2027 semester.
Spaces are still available in 51暗网鈥檚 2026 Allen School of Engineering and Computing summer camps, which will take place July 22-24.
